1. What are the types of Packages?
Ans. We offer three types of packages
a) Super Deluxe
b) Deluxe
c) Economy
Super Deluxe: In super deluxe twin share star accommodation will be provided very close to 'Haram'. At Mina bed and cot will be provided in the tent. In this package buffet will be provided to the pilgrims.
Deluxe: In Deluxe star accommodation will be provided very close to 'Haram'. Four persons will be accommodated in a room. At Madeena good accommodation will be provided within 500 meters from 'Haram'. Good food (South Indian), will be provided in the rooms.
Economy: In Economy Package, the accommodation will be provided within two hundred to three hundred meters from Haram. Six persons will be accommodated in a room. At Madeena good accommodation will be provided within five hundred meters from Haram. Good food (South Indian) will be provided in the rooms.


2. What are the details about the religious scholar?
Ans. A very renowned religious scholar - Ameer will guide the pilgrims at all stages in India, Mecca, Madeena, Mina and Arafa. The leaders will conduct required number of classes to the pilgrims to perform themselves for Hajj in India at various places before the commencement of journey. No strict rules will be impossed to perform religious rituals. Individuals are permitted to do their own.

3. When will the journey commence and what is the duration?
Ans. The onward journey commences either from Calicut, Cochin, Trivandrum or Chennai Airports to Jeddah between 3rd December and 15th December 2005. Total duration of stay abroad for Hajj performance will be 35 to 40 days. The return journey will be between the 13th and the 20th of January 2006.

4. What kind of assistance is given to the pilgrims during transportation?
Ans. Required number of representatives of our company will accompany the group to ensure Airport assistance in all airports of India to easen the checkin process. The same sort of service will be provided at Jeddah Airport also. Trained representatives and volunteers will always be with the pilgrims to take them to the hotel and Haram. Same sort of service will be there while the pilgrims are moving to Madeena, Mina and Arafa.

5. On which day do we perform Hajj (Arafa day)?
Ans. It is on the 10th of January 2006 (Dul Hajj 10)

6. Will you provide family accommodation?
Ans. Family members will be accommodated together in the hotel, to maximum extend possible. It again depends upon the availability of suitable room space. Otherwise separate accommodation will be provided for male and female Hajj pilgrims.

7. Will you provide special food on request?
Ans. Yes, request will be entertained for Economy and Deluxe package pilgrims for special food, if required. (Extra amount will be collected for such service)

8. Will you provide individual assistance?
Ans. On request (collecting an extra amount), individual assistance will be provided to the aged pilgrims to perform their religious rituals.

9. Will you provide "Ziyarath"?
Ans. Yes, half day "Ziyarath" will be provided to all pilgrims in Mekkah & Madeena. Air Conditioned bus transportation will be vailable for the same.

10. Will you provide medical assistance?
Ans. Yes, medical assistance will be provided through Indian Medical mission only.

11. What are the documents required for the journey?
Ans. Six months valid passport, 9 colour photographs (6x4 size with white background) are the documents required. Air ticket, Hajj Visa and Muthawaf draft will be arranged by us.

12. Will you arrange passport for those who donot possess one?
Ans. We will give all guidelines to obtain passport swiftly from the passport office for the purpose of Hajj journey.

13. Till which date do you accept the request and the necessary documents?
Ans. We accept the same till Ramzan 15 (18th October 2005)

14. Can ladies travel alone with your group?
Ans. Ladies above 40 years can travel alone in our package, but ladies below 40 years can travel only with their close relatives such as father, son or brother (Some elaboration will have to be made to the client which will be given orally).

15. How and when should we make the payment?
Ans. We accept cash, credit card & D/D towards the payment. At the time of registration Rs.10,000/- will have to be remitted. Balance amount will have to be remited in two instalments. First one on or before 15th September and the second one on or before November 15th 2005.
